How will my order be shipped?
All artwork is packed in appropriate packaging to best ensure its safe delivery. We ship 1-3 day Priority Mail through the US Postal Service. The area you live in will determine the cost of shipping. If you have special shipping needs, please contact before you place an order. We will do our best to accommodate requests.
Can artwork be shipped internationally?
Yes, we ship world-wide. To ensure your package is delivered without issues, please add your phone number and email address upon placing an order. We use USPS, and they may try to contact you in regards to your order/delivery. Please note, your parcel can be delayed by customs. We have no control over this and can not supply any details about why or how long your parcel will be delayed.
Taxes, Duties and/or Tariffs
Taxes, Duties and/or Tariffs. Taxes, duties and tariffs may apply to any international order you place on our Site. It is your responsibility to be familiar with your country’s import laws. Any and all taxes, duties, and/or tariffs imposed on a package from our Site will be your full responsibility.
What do I do if my package arrives damaged or is stolen?
Let us know right away in case we can assist. But, please note that once your order has left our hands, the third party carrier becomes responsible for the package. Due to the nature of the products and services on our Site, we do not offer any refund or returns for any products or services sold on our website. On a case by case basis, at our discretion, we may determine a refund is warranted and will work with the buyer to make arrangements for the return of the artwork. Any concerns regarding orders must be received within 15 days of receiving the order.
If in the unlikely case that your package is lost or stolen after the carrier has marked your package as “delivered,” we will assist you with contacting the carrier, however, we will not be responsible for replacing, refunding, or crediting the item or shipping costs back to you. Please contact us with any questions regarding carrier claims.
